When you first receive the torch, please fill it with a Butane Tank (Butane Gas not included). After filling, wait 1-2 minutes, then press the trigger and slide to adjust the flame size. You'll soon see the flame, and the torch will be working.

To continue and lock the flame, find the "Safety Lock" button and push it down to get a continuous flame. Push it up to lock the flame.
